Size Guide
Shoe sizes vary by brand and model, so we’ve created our own table to help you purchase the correct size for your feet.
How to measure your foot:
Remember, your toes should have room to move inside the shoe. When placing your foot on the Id.Eight insole, your toes should not touch the front; there should be at least a 1 cm gap in front of them.
Before choosing your size, measure both feet, as they often differ. You only need a piece of paper, a pencil, and a ruler or measuring tape.
- Wear thin socks and stand in the center of the paper, distributing weight evenly on both feet.
- Place the pencil vertically (perpendicular to the floor) behind your heel and mark the point where it touches the paper.
- Then, with the pencil still vertical, mark the tip of your longest toe (which is not always the big toe).
- Measure the distance between the two marks: this is the length of your foot.
If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and, if necessary, adding a soft chlorophyll insert under the Id.Eight insole.
